As new customer tries to book on calendar appointment [ameliabooking] it gets stuck "please wait" clock. All settings were set to automatically add customers. If we have to remove the calendar, I will need the Employer to be able to add a customer from the front end. Setting the employer to Amelia Manager did not enable customer creation.
What alternatives can I use if customer cannot create his own account? All other aspects of the plugin works: Customer can reschedule and schedule from front end (Once I added customer from backend) and Employer can cancel and reschedule etc. on front end...I need Employer to be able to add Customer and schedule appointments as well as Customer be able to create their own account.
is this a part of WooCommerce, as Amelia does not have an integration with this payment method.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Ivana, How do we get the user to schedule FREE services where it does not get stuck. also, how do I change the blue calendar to red when in Catalog service mode
It should let us trough now that we have both PayPal and On Site, on a FREE service; there are several errors coming up in the network console, so I am escalating the issue to our senior who will investigate.

Hi Jools,
thank you for reaching out to us
If this is the booking window pending it could also be payments; which method are you using, online or on site, and if it's online, which one?
Hi Ivana,
We use Ecwid for payment for the store, but scheduling consultation is free. There is no cost because it is for VIPs who pay separately every month.

Hi Jools,
there needs to be at least On Site payment.

Hello Jools
The issue seems to be coming from Google reCAPTCHA. To be more precise - the invisible reCAPTCHA, enabled in Amelia's General Settings:
When that's turned off, you can see that reCAPTCHA is actually looking for human verification (that's how your account is configured):
With invisible reCAPTCHA disabled, the booking completes normally:
I deleted those appointments, but it should be working fine now. Please check and let me know if you have any further questions or issues.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
