Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello,

    I have purchased amelia.

I have an event that I am running over 6 weeks, but the money is payable up front €249.

The event is recurring every monday for 6 weeks.

When are setting up to test amelia, we put n a test price of .25c , which recurs every week for 6 weeks.

However, we only want the total payment of for test purposes .25c taken prior to the event when bookin=ng, as when not in test mode it will be fixed at €249.

Should we create the event as a package or what is the best way?

    Regards

    Andrea Dalton

    Hi Andres,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Yes, creating a package may be a better solution in this case; you could set this service to be performed on Monday only, set the full price of package to be €249 (with online payment so that they need to pay upfront), and offer 6 appointments.

    Hello Ivana,

I am having difficulty match this up with your Amelia plugin.

I need to know exactly how to do it step by step.

This is very urgent, what do I put in each bit of the plugin to match up with what I want.

    Regard

    Hi Andres!

So, you would go to Amelia > Employee to the employee who works this service.

In his Employee tab, go to Work Hours.

For Monday set the time of his shift, and in the field below the time that says Services, add only that service.

Then go to Services > Packages, add new, choose that service, set the price, and save.

When you go to buy this Package, it will be available for bookings on Mondays only.
