In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I'm looking for a principle of appointements allowing me to display the prices in the agenda.
Example monday 23 august :
10h = 34€
11h = 25€
12h = 45 €
...
My goal is to allow customers to choose the cheapest time.

At the moment, prices can be set per service or per employee (if you have multiple employees per one service).
Unfortunately, prices can't be listed next to the dates at the moment, I'm afraid;
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
