We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

From what I can see on the website, your client has quite a lot of customers (6668 currently), along with over 50 appointments for just between November 22nd and November 28th. The more resources there are, the longer it takes for it to load.
It shouldn't be this slow, but it is affected by not only this, but also other resources on the site, on the server, the memory amount on the server, the timeout time on the server, etc. Can you please check the amount of memory this site has, along with the php_memory_limit and timeout?
Our developers are working on optimizing the plugin, so it should get faster soon, but this is still a work in progress, and there's not much we can do about the issue you are experiencing.

I try to make an appointment in the calendar view, but when I am typing the customer's name, the app shows me a message "no data"
However, in the Appointments view, the customer's data appears in the autocomplete.
Please take a look, because the App in the Calendar view is really slow.

Please go to Amelia > Settings > Activation, and make sure that option Delete Tables is off.
It needs to be off, when it is, you will not lose any of your settings.

It would mean a lot to us if you could create a screen recording, so we have some idea about how we can replicate it
