    A customer reported that he is experiencing garbled characters.
    It seems that the problem is occurring on Japanese smartphone devices, do you know the cause?

    Ryuichi,

    Unfortunately, we don't have anyone who owns a Japanese phone in our team, therefore we never tested it before. However, we didn't receive any complaints about that before, so it might be related to the browser.

    Could you please tell if this issue occurred on iOS or Android phones, so we will be able to test it?
