We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Any notifications triggered from an backend action (adding attendee's to events etc) are not being send out in the customers language - only the default notification is sent. Is there a work around for this?
Note: this is also an issue when using the Employee panel.

Notifications language is recognized by the language of the booking form used. Since you are performing these actions from the backend no booking form is used, and there is nothing to trigger the translated notification to be sent out.
That's what I thought. We do use 2 languages in the the "default" notifications so we can still communicate cancelations & changes to our customers. We were very happy when the update meant we could translate the notifications and it's a real shame that this functionality isn't 100% (yet).
What would be good is for the customers profile to be set to the language used when they made their first booking and for notifications to use that rule. Customers could also then update their preferred language in the customer panel. I'll add a feature request for this :)
