Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Can Amelia be configured for multi-vendors?
I mean booking sites where you have multiple providers. The providers would only have access to their business and their employees.
Is that possible?
Thanks
Good day!
Thank you for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, there is no option for our plugin to be used as a proper multi-vendor platform. The settings in Amelia are made for one business/company mostly. All of the integrations that you have in Amelia can be connected to only one account (payment options PayPal and Stripe, Zoom, Google, etc.). We do have a plan to add a multi-vendor option but this is for some future updates.
However, if by "multi-vendor" you mean just multiple Employees providing their Services, and not having access to other Employees' bookings and Services, then yes, that can be achieved in Amelia.
So, please, let us know how exactly it should work, and we will be able to tell you if Amelia can meet your requirements or not.
Best Regards.
