We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi guys,

    we want to create a coaching package with 5 appointment dates which the user should book directly in the checkout process.

    With the current https://wpamelia.com/recurring-appointments/ options I guess it is not available, right?

    It would be a great feature. If you can not provide a solution please let me know how much we have to pay for customize this by your team.

    Hi again, Nils,

    Probably it can be achieved with Packages of Services. 

    Packages of Services is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. Customers will be able to book included Appointments on any days, with no strict recurrence. You can see more information here.

    Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses (so, you will have to upgrade your current license in order to have this feature).

    Also, if these 5 sessions are being performed on particular dates, probably that would make sense to use Events instead. You can create one Event with 5 dates under it, and then your Customers will have to purchase them all together. Also, they won't be able to schedule any other dates except for the ones that you pre-set (as it's possible to do with Packages).
