We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I'd like to be abble to modify the way durations are displayed.

    Should you tell me how to do it ?

    I want to be able to change "minutes" into "min" and remove the space between "h" and number of minutes

    Good day!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    You can change the strings by translating them in Loco Translate or POEDIT.

    For example, if you want to use POEDIT then please follow these instructions:

    - You need to download and install POEDIT.

    - After that open the program and open the file from your website located in ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po 

    - Translate all the strings that are not translated

    - Save the translation on your computer

    - Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/

    - Clear the site and browser cache

    Those strings are not in wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    I just want to change "minutes" into "min" and remove the space between "h" and number of minutes.

    I also would like to change "sélectionnez services" into "sélectionnez votre séance"

    Should you tell wich file is called to show these strings because they are not in " wpamelia-fr_FR.po " ??


    P.S : I bought a Pro life time plan and wouldn't like to have to ask a refund

    You can try finding them in Loco translate, if you can't find them you will have to add it yourself.

    Unfortunately we don't have any native speakers and we rely only on the translations provided by our clients.
