I am the Owner of a multi-location, multi-provider, medical wellness business. We are designing (pre-launch) new digital assets and have incorporated Bookly Pro with Locations. I read great things about WPAmelia. I am curious if it supports multiple locations? It appears to handle multiple provider resources. I would like to find a reason to use your solution. Thanks. Jon
It is possible to set multiple locations in Amelia. However, each Employee can be assigned to only one Location at a time. Thus, you can assign Employee A to Location 1 on Monday from 9 am to 6 pm, and to Location 2 on Tuesday from 9 am to 6 pm, but not for two locations on the same day/for the same time period.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
FWIW, it would be ideal for my business requirements if the Employee and Calendar could be SHARED across Locations and URLs. I plan to operate two unique brands / URLs but using the same pool of Employees, and I am multi-location.
Aside, I like what I have discovered about WPAmelia.
-If you are using only one website to manage different brands on different locations you will be able to use the same Amelia calendar and assign the same employees to different locations, however if you are using a subdomain for example and manage one location there then you would not be able to connect this calendar to the other website's calendar or employees since each domain/subdomain that has Amelia installed has its own separate database.
-I'm afraid that integration isn't a planned feature yet.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
