With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Hello,
We are facing a problem with booking plugin. We have updated the business working time in setting to be from Sunday to Thursday 20:00 to 22:00. However, when someone want to make booking in website they will see the working time is from 9 AM to 5 PM. We have tried to change employee working time but we can only choose it to be from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Please support on that.

Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Please make sure that your W time zone is set to the City and not to the UTC format.
Also, please make sure that theres' no other user with the same email address as your Admin has because it can cause the problem that you cannot change the Employee's working hours. If there's an Employee or a Customer with the same email address, please delete this user, clear the site cache, and try to change the Employee's working hours in the Employee's profile to 20.00-22.00 again.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation. You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
