We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    hey, I have just bought another lifetime account and now have two licenses, (1 basic and 1 developer ). 


    I was wondering if I can upgrade my basic plan to developer then I can put all of them in developer. 

    I'm sorry I should have asked before I buy.

    Hi Kazuki

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately it is not possible to merge licences or upgrade lifetime licences. If you send us the purchase code for your developer licence we can refund the basic one and you can transfer your domains from our store.So, please access the store and you will see the Manage domains button, so you can delete the old domain there and then you will be able to activate your purchase code on your new domain when you go to Amelia -> Settings -> Activation tab

    Thank you for the informations. 

    Ok I should wait before I do something. I have requested the refund of the developer tool. 

    So by now what do I need to do?


    Maybe buy another license of the developer tool after the refund, then ask you for the refund of the basic plan.

    Does it sounds ok??

    If possible please cancel the refund of the developer tool that I have already send the cancel.

    If it's complicated then I'll wait til the first refund done.

    Yes, patience is a virtue, I always realize that too late as wellsmile.png 

    Let me contact our management department and see if we can revoke the refund request for the developer licence and initiate a refund request for the basic licence.

    I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.

    We were able to sort this out somehow. Since you bought the basic licence long time ago we were not able to refund it but we refunded that amount from the refund request you submitted for the developer licence.

    So now you only have one licence - developer, but we used the refund request for this licence and modified it to refund the basic one.
