Hello, I have issues with "Notification" When a customer makes a booking, only the employee receives notification, the customer is unable to receive a notification.
I have checked my linked WP Mailer everything looks good. the problem seems to be from Amelia App
Amelia notifications work together; if one type of notifications isn't working none of them will; having partial notifications is very strange. Please check the spam folder as well if there are some notifications missing.
The only logical explanation for a notification to be missing "from time to time" is that it either got stuck in the Junk/Spam folder or that it is blocked by your service provider.
We had a client who's WP Mail was only sending partial notifications (some were being dropped), and when they switched to SMTP all the notifications stopped working. To solve this they ended up using Mailgun and everything was working as intended.
The issue you may be experiencing can also be linked to a rollback on your server, or a timeout on your server that blocks the email from being sent, but that's not something we can help you with, since it's not coming from Amelia, but is instead something outside of our plugin that is affecting our plugin's behavior. You would need to check this with your hosting provider.
