You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I am developing a party booking website.
Can I include my "packages and services offers" after the "date" on step by step booking form?
Because my customer would like to have their booking flow as like -
1. Category > 2. Date > 3. Package > 4. Service/extra > 5. Payment > 6. Confirmation

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to change the order of the booking steps in the booking form. Each step triggers the next one, that's why they cannot be replaced.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
