We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

unrecognized files flagged by security plugin

My Security Shield Pro plugin keeps picking up changes to files made Amelia and is flagging them.  I included screenshots of the flagged files.  Is this normal behavior by Amelia and if so, what Amelia files should I exclude in the security plug so it stops flagging them?

Could these files have been flagged if my website was hacked?

This has happened on multiple occasions and in the past I would tell the plug in to ignore them, however I'm concerned about security.

I have ended up on 3 or 4 occasions just reinstalling the plug in out of concern.  I also have a situation now where I clear all cookies, clear the cache and I still see all dates for the entire year not available on the front end if I use my laptop or my smartphone.  On somebody elses device, they do not see this.  Can you point me in the right direction as to what files I need to clear to fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hi Jeff

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately we are not familiar with this plugin so we cannot predict or explain its behavior, but we can assure you there are no security risks coming from Amelia. We have not yet encountered such issues reported by our users, I would definitely suggest contacting their support to make sure everything is in order.

My question isn't about the plugin however.  Can you tell me if these files have changes that Amelia would normally write?

    Hi Jeff

From what I can see on the screenshot you sent, it seems that this plugin is flagging every change made in Amelia. If you have a new customer added, if you have made any modifications to your notifications, settings, etc., so basically all these files do change when new data is stored in them but we cannot prevent this from happening.
