We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, please, can you help me with the following question?
My page uses WooCommerce to collect fees from my gym, so when a customer makes a purchase, the profile that is created is CUSTOMER.
Later, when this customer makes a reservation on the reservation page with the same account that has registered to make the purchase, the AMELIA CUSTOMER profile is not added so that he can view Amelia's Dashboard. The question is:
How can it be done so that a customer who has bought with WooCommerce can see the Amelia Customer Dashboard?
Thanks a lot
Hi Sergio
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please make sure Automatically create Amelia Customer user option is enabled in Amelia - Settings - Roles settings that way if a user that is already registered with a specific role will be updated to Amelia Customer when they book an appointment
Hello, Blaženka thanks for your help, I have seen that it can be integrated with Divi (https://wpamelia.com/divi-integration/), but I do not see the Amelia modules, can you help me?
Furthermore, how can I change the font colors in the Amelia Customer Panel on the Front End?
Thanks a lot
Hi Sergio
I am not sure I understand the first question, can you please explain a bit further? You can display Amelia booking forms by adding shortcodes on the pages where you would like them to display. If you are having issues displaying the booking form please send us some screenshots of the issue and the setup and a link to the front end where we can see this behavior.
All colors are changed from the Customize tab in the backend, it is not possible to specify which color will be displayed where.
Hello Blaženka I meant this: https://wpamelia.com/divi-integration/
I have already solved the second question.
Thanks
Hi, Sergio,
Blaženka is out of the office today, therefore I will respond to your question.
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
