We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello TMS Plugins & Amelia Team,

The backend plugin dashboard doesn't give me an option to add a new domain for the domain transfer to the live site for my client. Below I have the two domains listed and as you can see on the first domain it is in a demo site and subdomain as staging 1.

    Staging Environment: http://s1.madmonkeydemo.com

    Transferred to

    Clients Live Site: https://www.kneaded-massage.com

Please let me know as soon as this new domain can be added because my client's site is live but missing all functionality that Amelia provides. I apologize for not reaching out sooner in this as I should've seen this being an issue.

Please let me know if there is an option to working with your back-end system in being able to first build this plugin out with a subdomain staging environment and then move it to a live site when our client approves of all content and functionality.

    Thank you,

    Miguel

    Hi Miguelsmile.png

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you go to the backend of https://www.kneaded-massage.com, to Amelia > Settings > Activation? Here you should be able to add the purchase code and activate it on that domain.

Once I do this does all my data re-populate back into my website? It's not even showing any of the services and things that I set up within the plugin.

    Hi, Miguel,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

If you duplicated your staging site to the live site, then yes, all the data should be available in Amelia there. Otherwise, if you just created a new database, Amelia won't be able to pull "old" data, since it's being stored in the database.

If you used Amelia on a staging site before, you should delete the staging site domain in STM Store under the Manage domain tab (that's what you did already, I assume), and then activate Amelia on the live site in Amelia-> Settings -> Activation with the same purchase code.

Amelia cannot be activated through the TMS Store, only through the site's back-end.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
