We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Adding Amelia to a form

    Hello,

Is there a way to add Amelia as part of a form where based on the answers it returns certain services of Amelia? I tried to do it with Elementor but it didn't integrate with the form.

Our issue is that we offer many different types of courses and customers always ask us what's the best course for them so it would be easier if we could have a form with conditional logic that returns services from Amelia. Elementor's form didn't recognise Amelia shortcodes and shortcodes but as text

    Hi Lucia,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Unfortunately Amelia does not have this sort of integration at the moment. If you have any form ready or a step by step questionnaire that gives the result depending on the answer, check the settings of that software.

They usually ask you what result you want to place based on which answers were given; if they allow links to be added as results you can set up a link of the page where Amelia is placed.

So for example you create a new Page, place [ameliabooking service=1] shortcode (let's say service 1 is a Level 1 Course).

So you copy the URL of that page and place it as a result of the certain answers customer gives. I am not sure if your questionnaire program has this, but most of them work like that so this could be a workaround.
