If you go to edit the appointment you will see the names in alphabetical order but if you simply click on the appointment to expand it for more details you will see the customers in the order they booked the appointment (aka first-come first-served)
I just heard back from our our dev team. They confirmed this logic has always been used and there were no changes recently regarding this.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
in the appointment page, when I hover over the names, the list of appointments pop up for that time, in order of first appointment.
Now, when I click on the edit icon, the customers are all listed in alphabetical order. Did that change recently? Can I change it back?
I cannot see the first-come, first-served order when editing appointments anymore. Please help!
Hi Willard
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Now I can’t go down my Pending list and approve the first 5 people.
I have to memorize the order they signed up in and jump through the alphabetical list to change them to confirmed.
You have it exactly backwards from useful.
Hi Willard
Let me forward this to our developers to see what can be done about that. I will get back to you as soon as I hear back from them.
Thank you for your time and patience.
