We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

When I try to save notifications, I get an error and makes it impossible to edit and save.

    How do I change this?

    Hi Marcin

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This usually happens if you have a language checking tool, like "Gramarly" or "LanguageTool" installed on your browser.

When you get to the Notifications page in Amelia, turn off the grammar checking tool, and then you should be able to save the notifications normally.

    Hi,

I'm also having a problem with the notifications since update 4.1,

I've translate all my notifications (french) and saved, but it always go back to the default (english) no matter what I do.

    Hi Cedric

If you have a multilingual site please check if you have followed the instructions below

Go to the Notifications page, and above each template, you will see the option to choose a language. Choose the first one, change the template and click “Save“. Then switch on the second language, and do the same. In that way, you can translate and save templates in as many languages as you need.

If you decide to add a new language, in the dropdown you will see the option “Manage Languages”, click on it and a modal with chosen languages with the option “Add Language” will appear.

    Thank you for understanding.
