    HI,

When choosing a provider in customer booking panel, is it possible to set a "default provider" when customer choose "any provider" ?

I don't want system to choose any one of provider for me, I hope a default provider is chosen and then I can manually manage the appointment.

    Hi again, Howard,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to select a default Employee, and if no Employee was selected by a Customer, Amelia will assign an Employee randomly.

As a workaround, you can set the default Appointment status to pending and disable the Appointment Pending notifications to Employees. Thus, you will be able to reassign the Employees on the back-end later, and then to change the status to Approved. Only after that, your Employees will receive email notifications that they have a new booking.

Also, you can suggest a default Employee as a "feature request" here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    Best Regards.
