We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Displaying Google Calendar

Hello, I went through all the steps and integrated my google calendar but am not seeing any events displayed on the amelia side of things. The final goal is to display the google calendar events on the website. No need to setup booking at this point

    Hi Geoff

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note: Synchronization with Google calendar is not supported for Events at the moment, just for Services. So if you use Events in Amelia and have assigned employees to them, they will not have Amelia events in their Google calendar automatically.

Hi, the only thing I would like to do is display the events from my client's google calendar on the website. Is this possible without them logging in to WP and adding each event to Amelia? I don't need events from Amelia to synch back to Google calendar just, the events from Google calendar to be pulled into Amelia

Google gives this option to link or embed their calendar however it looks terrible so I bought this plugin thinking I could do the same but have it look much better as yours does. Here an example of the link or embed they provide https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0/[email protected]&ctz=America/Phoenix

    Hi Geoff

All events created in Google Calendar will only be marked as busy slots in Amelia and your clients will not be able to book those slots, but it is not possible to connect your client's google calendar with Amelia and display their previously added events.
