    Hi

    We have multiple coaches aka employess on our platform who work in different timezones. They are not able to reset password on their own. They have to email admin. Can you provide "Forgot password"  option for employees like you have for customers on the customer panel?

     It is must have feature to make any platform self service.

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    If you are referring to the Employee panel, then this option is already available in our plugin. If an Employee opens the Log-in page, there will be a "Forgot password" button below the login form. Once the Employee click on this button, he/she will receive the Employee panel access notification with a token that will allow the Employee to access their profile and reset the password from there.

    Please note that you should test the Employee panel under an Employee user.

    Also, please make sure that the Employee Panel Access notification is enabled in amelia -> Notifications -> To Employee and has the %employee_panel_url% placeholder in it.

    Can you share screenshot of "Forgot Password" on employee log in page?

    See attached, I dont see ability for an employee to click on forgot password and request new one by email.

    I apologize for the misleading information.

    Our developers were planning to implement this feature long ago, and I mistakenly assumed it was already done.

    Let me check with our dev team when it will be finally added.

    We would appreciate if you could prioritize this at earliest. It is a must have feature to enable self service for logging in/forgot password to an account.

    Our developers said this feature isn't planned yet, therefore I will have to contact our project manager on your behalf.

    Could you provide update on below - Forgot password for employee? This is a basic feature and a must have specially when business has 50 plus employees. Please prioritize.

    We plan our updates for the months ahead, that's why we cannot add a feature to our roadmap straight away. 

    This feature will be implemented in the next update or even the one after.
