We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

we would like to buy the plug-in for our customer. But we have questions according the:

    1.  Registration form for Customers/Employees
      1. Do you have any Front-End view for registration/ Customers and Employees? Because from Demo I see only registration in Back-End
    2. Map Connection
      1. Is it possible to use a multiple Users in one map?
    3. Woocommerce Integration
      1. Can we connect purchased woocommerce-products with the customer/ or employee? Or it's only payment gateways?

    Hi, Erik,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. In Amelia, Employees and Customers cannot sign up themselves. Thus, Employees should be added by Admin on the back-end, and Customers get their accounts after their first bookings.

    2. I'm not sure I understood your question completely. Please note that Google Maps are not being displayed on the front-end, only on the back-end.

    3. Yes, WooCommerce integration works as a payment getaway in this case, so even if you connect a Woo Product with Amelia Service, the entire booking process will take place in Amelia, and Woo will be used only for the checkout.

    Best Regards.
