There are 5 programs I would like to offer on here
The programs above would be personalised with some sessions being appointments and some in group classes.
For all payments I would like clients to be able to have options of pay per session Pay for a pack which allows for group and private sessions which are different prices.
I would like the packs to show up when the client pays so they and I can keep track of how many sessions are left along with their history of payments.
When I have a new client starting I would need them to receive the initial consultation form to fill in online and send back to me- would this be available on Amelia? If not how else could we do this?
When I need to add classes or cancel classes would there be an email of notice for that as well as confirmation of appointment or booking emailed to them? If this isn’t available it’s ok this is not a must have.

Therefore, it's not possible to display this information on the same page where a package can be purchased.

If not how else could we do this? - Amelia doesn't have built-in forms, but it can be achieved with Custom fields. Thus, you can collect any additional info during the booking process, and it will be saved under the Appointment in Amelia.
