The element "Reschedule" is not translated in the customer Panel into Polish at all.
It should be "Przełóż".
When clicked, additionall content is not translated either.
I recommend translating it to:
"Przełóż
Aby przełożyć Twoje umówione spotkanie, wybierz dostępny termin i kliknij Potwierdź."
I have attached screenshots.
It would have been great if I could also set up some limitations on how often the booking can be rescheduled and how far into the future, so that the customer doesn't abuse this possibility.
1. It could be that these strings weren't translated. You can check that and modify the translation in POEDIT or Loco Translate.
For example, if you want to use POEDIT then please follow these instructions:
- You need to download and install POEDIT.
- After that open the program and open the file from your website located in ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po
- Translate all the strings that are not translated
- Save the translation on your computer
- Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/
- Clear the site and browser cache
Please note: this fr_FR language code is for French translation just for an example, and it should be replaced with Polish code.
2. I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to set a limit to the number of available rescheduled appointments with current built-in features in Amelia.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
I have managed to translate the missing elements and also suggested a feature request to set a limit to the number of available rescheduled appointments.
One thing is a bit off though and I don't think I can do anything about it at the moment.
Namely, when it comes to Cancelling the appointment in the customer/employee panel the word "Cancel" should be translated to "Odwołaj", while in the next step (the confirmation popup) it should remain "Anuluj".
To put it simply, in Polish we translate:
"Cancel the appointment" to "Odwołaj spotkanie"
and
"Cancel" as the opposite of "Confirm" (when one changes their mind) in the popup box as "Anuluj".
I know .. it's a bit confusing.
I can only change the general single translation of "Cancel" that applies to both cases.
I hope you can do something about it in the future.
Yes, unfortunately, at the moment we cannot separate these two words and apply different translations to them.
I will forward this information to my colleagues. We don't have any Polish-speaking members in our team, and in our mother tongues these words are the same (as it is in English), therefore we didn't take into consideration that they could be different in some other languages.

Rafal,
That's quite interesting.

Liza,
Thank you for your help and consideration and for forwarding my request.
You have been most helpful.
Best regards
Rafal,
It's the only thing I can do for now, unfortunately.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
