Is posible set up a different payment methods than the currents? In chile we use mercadopago or transbank instead PayPal for example.

At the moment, we only have those methods available; you can check if WooCommerce has plugins for Mercadopago or Transbank.
If they do you can use them trough our integration with WooCommerce.
