Hi
I do see alot of the issues / enquiries around the currency by simply searching by 'currency' especially when it integrates with WooCommerce.
https://www.screencast.com/t/OpOvVrgz5uR
Although I see this long list of the issue, I saw a few replies saying that 'we have not heard of any complaints regarding currency'...
I dunno how you see it but I do feel that there is a room to improve of how Amelia sends the price with the right currency + value or at least some parameters for 3rd party multi-currency plugins in general to be able to pick up the value + currency sent by Amelia when sending values to WooCommerce cart.
Just to share the concern with you on the currency with WC.
Thank you
Hi, Rohan,
Thank you for sharing.
If you open these tickets, you will see that most of them are related to incorrect settings (for example, the payment system doesn't support the currency that was set in Amelia, and it's related to the payment system's regulations but not to Amelia) or to the fact that Amelia supports only one currency.
That's why there are basically no bugs or issues with currencies coming from Amelia. And due to some limitations, we cannot change this logic at the moment, the way Woo would use its price instead of Amelia's price, for instance.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
