Can i disable "sign in" for people booking an appointment?

I am trying to mimic your demo at https://healthcare.wpamelia.com/#booking. It's just a simple wizard. I have only one practitioner and one service. No locations. No recurrings. Very simple.

So I went through all the Amelia settings and put in the wizard shortcode, and it demands that a person sign in first (but your demo doesn't do that - it just starts with "please select a service").

I tried to just enter a random username and pw to see if it just created a login, but it didn't. It says "Incorrect email or password" (which made no sense considering I'm just trying to book an appointment as a brand new customer). See attached screenshot.

So how do I get my Amelia to look/function like your demo? I need to make it so that Joe Smith, brand new customer who has no existing login, can book his free introductory consultation appointment online without major hassle of creating a login and such.

I looked through all my settings and cannot find anywhere to disable a requirement to sign in in order to book an appointment. I've tried dozens of variations on the Roles > Customer panel in Settings, but nothing has worked. Please help.

BTW, do you have a known Divi conflict? I've tried using the divi builder, and using the standard editor, and even switching all plugins off and switching the theme to default Wordpress 2017, but nothing has worked. When I go to turn Divi back on, I now get a conflict with Amelia, to where the divi builder will not load. So currently, I am using Amelia without the builder (I put the shortcode in manually, using the standard editor)

    Hello,

I think you're using the wrong shortcode.

To get the "step-by-step booking wizard", like the demo website, use the shortcode [ameliabooking] on your webpage.

All the details for shortcodes are here : https://wpamelia.com/amelia-shortcodes/

On the screenshot, it looks like the Customer Panel login page with shortocode [ameliacustomerpanel]

    Hope this can help.

    Kind regards,

Laurent (I'm a client, not someone from Amelia team)

    Hi Carine and Laurent!

Yes, Laurent is right, what you see there Carine is Customer Panel.

I would like to take a look and see what is going on.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Ivana,

I want my form to flow EXACTLY like your medical demo shown here: https://healthcare.wpamelia.com/#booking

According to all the "how to's" I see on your instructions, it is supposed to look like that if I just use the shortcode [ameliabooking], but it is not. It immediately shows a giant calendar. I don't want that.

I want it to look like the medical demo, where the user first selects their service and employee, and then their step #2 is that same info on the left, but on the right is a calendar.

That is EXACTLY the flow I want, and that is why I bought Amelia.

I removed that url for the customer booking page in the Settings, but to be honest, I have tried many MANY settings under the Customer for "Roles" and nothing is working. Nothing. I just see a giant calendar no matter what I do, or a forced login.

You have my permission to change the settings so that they look like the demo. Please do it. My client wanted this on Friday. It is now Sunday, and I haven't been able to fix this on my own, so I need your help. Please help.

    You have a login.

    Thanks,

    --Carine
