We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am trying to set up online booking for an E-Bike Rental company. I have a temporary site up at https://www.dubuqueebikes.com/, but I'm building a new one at https://good4cat.com/.
Before I buy, as you're probably the 10the booking platform I've tried, I have some questions.
If I set up EMPLOYEES as the eBIKES (there are 7) with the services being the time slots/fees offered:
FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS 4 hours – $50 24 hours – $90 48 hours – $170 72 hours – $250 7 days – $350 MONDAYS-THURSDAYS 4 hours – $40 24 hours – $80 48 hours – $150 72 hours – $200Will hooking them all to the same Google Calendar work? So, say, for instance, I'm renting the TEAL bike from Noon-4 PM and then I also want to rent the BLUSH bike at the same time, will that be a conflict in the owner's Google calendar, as the TEAL timeslot would already be taken.
If it CAN work that way, I'm sold. Also, I watched the best tutorial/review on youtube and would like to give this guy credit, as he said to buy through living.thatltd.life/Amelia, but that didn't take me anywere. Here's the link to his video:
Thanks you!Hi Cathy!
Thank you for taking interest in Amelia and for reaching out to us
It's always the best to have all the information before the purchase.
You can set up employees as e-bikes, however, for the rent time it needs to be fixed so for each period you would need a separate service, and then connect all e-bikes to all services.

Hooking up all employees to one calendar will have them block eachother out.
If you rent TEAL for noon - 4 Monday, all other bikes will become unavailable for that same time.
This is why it's advised to turn off Return Busy Slots - this is the function that will allow Google to see that TEAL is booked and block the BLUSH.
However, this would not allow you to add anything into Google Calendar that would block time in Amelia.
