if a user that is logged in to WP panel try to book an appointment the fields (Name, Surname Email, Phone) are populated with his information and he can't edit them. Is there a way to avoid the population of the fields when a logged user to WP book an appointment?
The problem is that my employees use the front end booking system to book appointments for customers and they must log out anytime they want to set a new appointment.
They can't use the New appointment function in the Admin panel because if they have 3 spots at the same time, and 1 is already booked, when they create a new appointment for another customer that slot looks unavailable (they should edit the appointment already present on the calendar and add the other customer but it's not usefull because we use a lot recurring appointments).
The good way for us at the moment should book from the front end... but with this functionality (that you can't edit the pre-fille fields) is impossible!
the setting Automatically Create Amelia Customer in Amelia is already disabled. But if I'm logged in with a Employee user I'm not able to chang the name, surname and email fields in the booking form on the front end.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
Yes, that's true: using incognito mode requires some technical knowledge. However, as a temporary fix, they can use another browser for that.
We are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest "optionally pre-populated fields" as a feature request on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Marco,
thank you for reaching out to us!
You can try turning off Automatically Create Amelia Customer in Amelia > Settings > Roles > Customer, and try again.
Hello Ivana,
the setting Automatically Create Amelia Customer in Amelia is already disabled. But if I'm logged in with a Employee user I'm not able to chang the name, surname and email fields in the booking form on the front end.

Hi Marco
Please make sure this option is disabled as well
Enable this option if you don't want to allow "existing customer"
to use different first and last name when booking.
Hello Blaženka,
I confirm that also this one is disabled.
Thanks
Marco
