Hi, I have a problem with Amelia's connection to Google Calendar. I followed all the configuration steps, but I am unable to make the connection from the employee profile to the particular calendar of the account in question.
The only thing I can think of is that google is in "waiting for developer action" (attached screenshot) but I don't understand how to access that verification because I already verified it in Google Search.
Please, it is quite urgent to resolve the connection of this application because if not, it does me no good to have Amelia on my website.
I had this same issue, and found this page in the documentation that stated you have to click "advanced" and continue to website using the "unsafe" option. https://wpamelia.com/employees/ Scroll down about 1/3 of this page to see the instructions.
Thanks Tracy but I already did this, it loads the account, but then I go back and it's like I didn't give the app permission because the field is grayed out (inactive).
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, and Google Cloud credentials (as developer errors usually refer to Cloud settings) so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue here is probably with Google assigning too many access tokens to your existing employees.
If you know your way around the database, you can check that in wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table. If you see there are multiple tokens assigned to a single user ID, delete all rows from that table, and try connecting your employee to his/hers Google Calendar again.
If it fails, I can take a look at your database, but I'll need you to provide us with the credentials for that as well.
We saw the plugin was actually not updated to the latest version, so we went to recreate the connection after we updated it for you but we are not able to log into your Google account due to security measurements. Can you please try recreating the integration just for Google calendar so we can see if the connection can be established.
Thank you for reverting back to the original URI but we are now not able to login to your Google Cloud, also please turn off the 2 step verification so we can test the configuration.
