Please provide us with a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I can add you to the project within Google Cloud if your email is gmail or google workspace. What email address should I use? And what level of access do you need?
I can't give you my Google Cloud credentials because they are my google log in for much more than the Google Cloud.
LMK about how to give you access by adding you to the project on Google Cloud. Thanks.
Still nothing I'm afraid, there is no invitation email. Can you please tell me what is the email address the invitation should be coming from so I can try and look for it further?
Unfortunately there is no invitation email sent from the provided email address. Please provide us your login credentials or go through the documentation again and recreate the connection from the beginning
Thank you but the 2 factor verification is still on. Please tell us the code sent to your phone number or let us know the time that suits you best so we can re-send it.
It doesn't allow me to turn that off. I turned off 2 factor but it seems to still text. I can send the code to you from 12:15pmEST to 5pmEST. Tomorrow from 930EST to 5pmEST. If you can let me know approx when you are going to try and get in I will monitor it closely. Thank you.
We have ruled out any possible cause for this issue that is related to Amelia. By the error page it looks like it is not calling Amelia requests at all like they don't exist. The only thing left is to rule out a conflict with any other active plugin or the active theme.
We can see you have some redirection plugin installed we will investigate if there could be some options causing a conflict.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Or you can give us the permission to do so but we don't like to make any changes on third party plugins.
If it is working correctly on your other website then there must be some setting on this website that is blocking the connection to be established. I have forwarded this to our developers to investigate further, but if possible can you provide us logins to the website it works on or duplicate the website and forward it to us so we can compare all settings and perform a troubleshooting?
Since I have never had this issue before and have three other sites using Amelia and Google calendar connections, I didn't know to even look at the docs for that. And I guess the support person that I had for the past week didn't either.
This is very rare, and it's usually displaying as "Forbidden" or "Not Acceptable", so I suppose my colleagues didn't remember to try this workaround. We'll add the "Not Found" error in the documentation as well, though.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
When my client tries to connect her google calendar within her employee card it takes her to a page not found screen. Video attached.
Hi, Holly,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please tell if you followed our documentation in order to establish Google Cal integration?
Also, could you please make sure that you added the correct Redirect URI?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yes. All that is correct.

Hi Holly
Thank you, can you also share your Google Cloud credentials so we can recreate the connection?

Hi Holly
Please add this email address as a contributor [email protected], you can follow these instructions
https://cloud.google.com/iam/docs/granting-changing-revoking-access
Ok. You have been added as an editor. Let me know what else you need. Thank you!
Hi Holly
Please check the email address added since I have not received an invitation email to access the project.
I used [email protected] See attached.
It did say it had to be a google workspace email address or gmail email address.

Let us investigate this and get back to you as soon as we have more information.
We truly appreciate your time and patience.

I changed the theme and it didn't help. I turned off all the plugins except for Amelia - while the theme was changed, and it didn't help.
I don't know what else to do....
Also, I have Amelia working on other sites with this same theme and similar plugin stack with no issues.
At this point I will have to look at using another scheduler. Please let me know if something comes to light to help. Thank you.

Thank you for the credentials, they have been forwarded
I wish you a pleasant weekend.
