Hello, currently trying out the function of using a google sheet as a data source. I keep getting the error message "Table has no rows". I have tried all of the suggestions at https://wpdatatables.com/faqmd/im-trying-create-table-google-spreadsheet-get-error-message-table-data-source-no-rows/
Anything you suggest to do?
Hi Jason,
thank you for reaching out to us
Since the general tips from the documentation did not resolve the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have the same issue. Was this resolved? If so what was the fix?
Hello Ron
Unfortunately, Jason never provided us with his credentials, so we weren't able to see what happened on his website.
Please open a new, private ticket and provide us with as many details as possible, along with the log-in credentials for your website, and we'll gladly take a look.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
