As far as I understand, you want a Service to be displayed on the front-end with no option to book it, is that correct?
If so, then it can be achieved only by hiding the "Continue" button with custom CSS. If you provide us with the URL to your booking page, we will be able to find suitable CSS.
Thank you for the answer. This is an example of the services at the web: https://anathealth.com/ginecologia/ (this one is not the one we want without the booking option). If we remove the continue button, how the clients will be able to pay for the service?
Thank you for the answer. Yes, the idea is to creat one service which is possible to pay for but with no specific date and hour for an appointment.
About the css I see that the way is shown to you is only for non logged users. For logged users it's shonw better but the calendar color doesn't change for example. I tried what you said but nothing changed. Why is shown different for logged and non-logged users and why the calendar color doesn't change?
Hi Liza, don't worry about the non-bookable product, they will sort it out with booking service.
The problem we have now is about the frontend display. The services description is not using the html provided and is showing everything in bold. That's in addition to the problems mentioned about the calendar that doesn't change the color and the different way of showing everything if you are not logged.
What can we do? We'd need to solve it this week (sorry for the rush, I just transmit what they told me)
Sure, let's try to resolve everything as soon as possible.
I will have to reach out to our front-end developer in order to save time.
Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the front-end view and mark parts that should be changed in it?
Also, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so our devs will be able to investigate why CSS isn't being applied correctly for non-logged users. You can send the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
As far as I can see, now Amelia is not displayed for non-logged-in users due to 404 Error.
I recall that we had the same issue with one user who also had the Profile Press plugin installed on his site. Could you please deactivate it and try to load Amelia again?
Also, does your plugin for cookies support caching? Since sometimes it helps to clear cookies cache as well.
If all that doesn't help again, I will forward your case to our developers.
thank you; we would need to forward it to the developers.
We will use the credentials which you have previously provided; developers will be working starting tomorrow (as they don't work on weekends) and will contact you as soon as possible.
Hi, I would like to offer a service without the booking option. I can't see anyway to do that. How could I do it?
Thank you very much,
Miguel Gisbert

Hi Miguel,
We'd love to take a look Please advise where exactly that Amelia booking window is so that we can test this.
For example, in www.anathealth.com/ginecologia
Thank you,
Miguel
