J’ai souscris à un abonnement pour le plugin Amelia le 03 août 2021, je suis donc toujours dans la période d’essai de 15 jours.
J’ai demandé il y a trois jours un remboursement de mon achat.
J’ai suivi les instructions après avoir cliqué sur le bouton « Request Refund » dans mon compte TMSplugin.
Je n’ai pas reçu de confirmation de votre part concernant mon remboursement et mon désabonnement.
Pouvez-vous me confirmer que ma demande a été prise en compte ?

Yes, I'm afraid no confirmation email is sent.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out - if it's gray it is successful:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days; it's been 3 days so far, so you should receive refund before next Thursday.
