HI, I've had difficulty submitting a ticket (it keeps saying my subscription code is invalid but I updated last month) and need help quickly, so thought I would reply to this old email. I have renewed my subscriptions (in July). My problem is that the "New Entry" and "Edit" buttons do nothing - see below. All teh other buttons work fine. It's really important I find out how to fix it, as we are running a pilot with 10 schools this week. Can you help? As for the issue - Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
