We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
when trying to add a record or update a record in a table, I get the following error when a date column is included.
[10-Aug-2021 16:33:51 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function format() on bool in C:inetpubwordpresswp-contentpluginswpdatatablescontrollerswdt_ajax_actions.php:316 Stack trace: #0 C:inetpubwordpresswp-includesclass-wp-hook.php(303): wdtSaveTableFrontend('') #1 C:inetpubwordpresswp-includesclass-wp-hook.php(327): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #2 C:inetpubwordpresswp-includesplugin.php(470): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 C:inetpubwordpresswp-adminadmin-ajax.php(187): do_action('wp_ajax_wdt_sav...') #4 {main} thrown in C:inetpubwordpresswp-contentpluginswpdatatablescontrollerswdt_ajax_actions.php on line 316
I have tested this on both apache and IIS and it only seems to happen on IIS. Also, I have tested this with the date and datetime input control and the on-line text input control. The issue only occurs when I use IIS and the date/datetime input controls. I had logged this as private several days ago but as I've had no response I am logging this as public in case anyone else has encountered this and may have a fix or further information to assist.
Hi again Tom.
Once again, I'd like to apologize in front of the entire team for the slow response. I replied to the other ticket, so please take a look at it, and since we may need remote access to your website, I hope you don't mind if we close this ticket and continue on that one.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
