    Hi all, I need to know if I can make 2 reservations for the same slot. I have a restaurant and I make reservations every 30 minutes but I can handle 2 reservations per slot. Can I do it with Amelia? We make 2 menus every 30 minutes, so it would be necessary for the same slot to be reserved twice. Thanks a lot.

    Absolutely!

    You can just increase Service Capacity to 2, or Employee Capacity to 2.

    I have a related question. I created a service with 3 slots. If a customer book a slot from the website, then other 2 customers can do the same at the same.

    But if I want to add a new reservation for the same slot from the admin panel I can't use the new appointment function, but I must edit the Appointment that already exist on the calendar and add the other customers on it, and it's not really conveninet for recurring apppointments. 

    Do you know if there's a way to do it from the admin panel.From the website works good I think, but not in the admin panel.

    Yes, I'm afraid, it can only be added trough an existing appointment, as any appointment with more than 1 attendee is considered a group one.

    I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page (adding as New). Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    I have 2 questions:

    1- Can it be configured so that reservations of the same day and same time are shown separately?
    Option 2: Can it be seen separately if it syncs with Google Calendar?

    2- When a appointment within the same "slot" is canceled, could it appear in red or gray? So that it is easy to identify it at a glance. See attached screenshot, appointment number 2 is canceled.

    Note: If it can't, can it be custom made? How much it cost?

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. I'm afraid, it cannot be achieved with built-in features in Amelia since this is Amelia's logic: from the Employee's point of view, two Appointments at the same time slots are basically one group Appointment. 

    2. As far as I understand, you want the color of a group Appointment's status to be determined by canceled Appointments under it? I'm afraid, I have to disappoint you again: it is also not possible at the moment.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
