We are no longer able to edit images within tables. The images that were previously added still appear on the front end and in the editor, but to change an image in the editor we now have to switch to HTML view and add the image html there. This is true on both our staging site (Wordpress 5.8) and our production site (Wordpress 5.7.2). In both cases, we are using wpData Tables version 3.5. The console shows no javascript errors. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks!
Hi Catharine,
thank you for reaching out to us
Can you please check which user created that and if you are logged in as that user? If you are and they are still not editable, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Catharine!
Thank you for the credentials and the link
The page that you have provided to me is not a part of WPDataTables.
This is a table that is created in WordPress and is not connected to our plugin; please advise your client.
Well, that's embarrassing! Thanks for taking the time to check it out Ivana. I'll let the user know.
Stay safe and well!
Not a problem Catharine - it's a table as well after all!
So it can be easily considered a wpDataTables part
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
