We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi Team,

I am wondering if Amelia can do the following:

    • Way to add multiple Attendees into attendance sheets(Multi select) rather than 1 at a time.
    • Generate report on customers and financial data
    • Take custom data fields and add them to reports
    • Edit users details on the fly

    Best Regards

    Hi, Ryan,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    • Way to add multiple Attendees into attendance sheets(Multi select) rather than 1 at a time. - Yes, it is possible to have Appointments with a Capacity >1 in Amelia.
    • Generate report on customers and financial data. - It depends on which kind of reports you are looking for. For example, Amelia doesn't store Customer's payment information, therefore it's possible to see only the status of the payment and the paid amount in Amelia. Also, you can filter payments by the Employee name, the Service, the Customer, and the payment Status. But there are no detailed reports with statistics, I'm afraid.
    • Take custom data fields and add them to reports. - I'm afraid, only built-in fields can be included in reports at the moment.
    • Edit users details on the fly - Yes, it is possible to edit user's details on the back-end.

I'd like to mention that we have a 15 days money-back guarantee, which means you can purchase Amelia, test it, and if it turns out Amelia doesn't fit your business, you can request a money refund within 15 days after the purchase.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
