We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering if it was possible to offers customers – besides PayPal and Stripe – a third payment possibility: invoice. Can I add invoice as payment option? 

    I'm offering adventure vacations and many customers here in Germany prefer to receive and pay an invoice...

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    I'm afraid, at the moment invoices are not included in built-in Amelia's features.

    It is only possible to send invoices if you use our integration with WooCommerce and set taxes and invoices for each product. You can find more information about our integration with WooCommerce here.

    Hi Liza,

    Let me re-phrase: I‘m not looking for an automatic invoice generator - I would like my customers to be able to choose „invoice“ (instead of Paypal or  Stripe) and let them book my service. I then receive the booking and will then generate an invoice through my own software…

    Is this „invoice“ option possible?

    I'm afraid, there's no invoice feature in Amelia (either automatic or manual one).
