    Hi, Jeff,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

The booking form is getting prepopulated if the user is logged in to the WP or to the Employee or the Customer panel.

Therefore, please try to open the booking page in incognito mode or being logged out from your WP.

    Best Regards.

I tried logging out of WP, deleting cookies, cache from the device, and tried incognito mode.  However, all calendar dates are still showing not available except for 1-4 dates depending on the appointment category that's chosen.

Is it corrupted?  Can I save the database, completely delete the plug in then reinstall and replace the database?

    Thanks for any help.

    Jeff,

We released the new version 4.1 today, it has some important fixes, so please update Amelia, clear the site cache and try again.

If that doesn't work, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside. You can post credentials as a private reply under this ticket.

    Best Regards.

    Jeff,

    Thank you for the credentials.

The issue is coming from the Service settings. For example, Service Video 50-55 min had the minimum time required before booking set to 3 weeks. I've changed to 1 day, and now the Service is available on the front-end:

So, please, check these settings in Edit Service -> General Settings.

    Hope that will help.

PS I changed the time back to 3 weeks, so please change the setting for Video 50-55 min Service as well.

    Best Regards.

I was looking at those and thought I changed them correctly.  Regardless, thank you!

    Jeff,

I've noticed that your site is a bit slow, so that could be that the changes weren't applied yet when you closed the page.

I hope it will be working just fine from now on.

    Best Regards.

I think I'm still having the same problem.  I set the 3 weeks intentionally, the problem is that all dates not just 3 weeks are unavailable.
