Is it possible to make the default sort order for all columns with sorting turned on Desc.
I know how to turn the default sort order on for the primary column, but I'm talking about the default sort order for every column that you press the column header on. Right now you click it and it sorts ascending, then a second click will make it descending. I just want it so that with one button click on any column it defaults to descending (largest to smallest).
Hello Eric
Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the late response!
What you're looking for is not possible with the plugin's built-in features, but I will reach out to our developers and see if there's a way to achieve this.
We'll get back to you as soon as we have some news.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

No worries.
Thank you, I actually figured this one out.
class.wpdatatable.php file
if(isset($_POST['order'][$i]['dir']) && in_array($_POST['order'][$i]['dir'],['asc','desc'])){
$tempOrderDirection = addslashes($_POST['order'][$i]['dir']);
$orderDirection = $tempOrderDirection === 'asc' ? 'DESC' : 'ASC';
I reversed the order. It isn't ideal as I know I'll have to change this whenever the tool is updated, but it works. Just passing along for awareness in case it helps anyone else out.
