Hi,
I've submitted a private ticket with full details and link but haven't had a response - this is an urgent issue as the site needs to go live tomorrow morning.
I've tried everything suggested in the user documents but nothing has worked.
Please can you look into this asap?

As advised, our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, and we have also implemented working weekends; so you can expect a response from us then.
