I have updated to the latest version of Amelia, and immediately, this has occurred. I have gone through the steps as mentioned in a similar issue by another user by deactivating, etc. re-installing and so on.
Resolved by manually FTP the folder into Plugins. The admin plug in update didn't resolve it, so the only way is to delete the old folder and replace with the new folder.
