I moved my Word Press application with Amelia from the pilot domain (https:// pre.klavier-unterricht.de ) to the productive domain https://callofmusic.com and all is working well. Only the notifications are still sent by the old e-mail adress, so the customer see pre.klavier-unterricht.de WordPress <[email protected]> as sender and not the new configured e-mail platform@callofmusic. I did this change in the Notification/Settings from Amalia.
Hi,
I moved my Word Press application with Amelia from the pilot domain (https:// pre.klavier-unterricht.de ) to the productive domain https://callofmusic.com and all is working well. Only the notifications are still sent by the old e-mail adress, so the customer see pre.klavier-unterricht.de WordPress <[email protected]> as sender and not the new configured e-mail platform@callofmusic. I did this change in the Notification/Settings from Amalia.
Thanks
Thomas
Hi Ute,
thank you for reaching out to us
Can you please try purging all of the cache on your site and browser? It can happen that browser still "remembers" the old address.
Hi Ivana,
that I have done, I also used a privat window without any caching.
What else I can check, pls let me know.
Best regards
