We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello.
I am looking to integrate affiliate functionality into my website.

I am trying this plugin: https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-affiliates/

Can we integrate this with amelia or is there any other plugin?

    thanks

    Hi, Hussnain,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

It depends on how it's supposed to work.

If you only want data to be sent from Amelia to this plugin, then it probably can be achieved with webhooks. A webhook in Amelia for Appointments can be created for each one of these actions: booking completed, booking canceled, booking rescheduled and booking status changed. So when you create a webhook for one of these actions, the hook will be triggered for each appointment booked, canceled, etc. depending on the action and data will be sent from Amelia via a hook to Zapier/or any other automation tool you integrate to Amelia using this.

If you want it to work as a two-way integration, then it probably can be done with some custom work. However, our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

But we can recommend these services for customization:

    https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

They do develop such solutions, so can you please send your inquiry to them?

    Best Regards.

    Hi, thanks for this.

I want to just add any affiliate plugin which works with amelia. Is there any plugin you have tested?

    Hussnain,

I'm afraid, we didn't test any. Also, I cannot recall any similar solution from other users' experiences or at least no one shared it with us yet.

Sorry for not being able to help that much this time.

    Best Regards.
