    Hi
When I put in the shortcode [ameliaevents], [ameliaevents type=list] or [ameliaevents event=1] it resizes the whole page.
    How can I fix this?

Is it possible to get it inside a box?

Do you use any page builders or custom layouts? Which theme do you have?

  • Magnus replied

    Hi Magnus,

thank you for letting me knowsmile.png

As we can't recreate this on our site, and I'd really like to see what can be done, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Magnus,

It does not allow me to access that page I'm afraid:

However, I also see that the Amelia you have is 2 versions behind; this can be our suspect. Please update it to the latest version and let me know.

    Hi Magnus

Can you please make sure the website and browser cache are both cleared and have another look? We are not able to recreate the issue can you send us some screenshots where it still happens so we can get a better understanding and provide you with the best solution?

  • Magnus replied

It's cutting off the picture in top and bottom as you can see :)

    Hi Magnus

Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us. The custom CSS we provided should have fixed the issue but if it is not working for you that means there is further customization needed which is not included in the provided support.

But we can recommend these services for customization:
