We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I am a web developer.
For a gym and fitness website client I have to configure a reservation plugin and I have selected yours.
Before buying I need to know if your product offers the following functionalities:
Limit bookings per service / hour to 12 appointments.
Configure services with different days of the week and times within those days.
Create reservation queues in case of completing the quota of 12
Reservations two days in advance.
Thanks for your interest. All the best
Hi Sergio,
thank you for reaching out to us and for taking interest in Amelia
I'll be happy to advise about the plugin abilities:
1. You can have limited amount off appointments per one service duration (your one appointment lasts an hour but you can accept 12 people during one time; set max capacity to 12); just bear in mind that if your service is an hour, and you have an 8 hour shift, that's 12 x 8.
2. Sure, you can set up a service to be only on specific days during the week, and only within certain hours, by setting up your employee's schedule.
3. We don't have queues but you can Allow Booking Above Max Capacity, so everyone will get a Pending Status until you approve how many people you want.
4. You can adjust how much in advance clients are allowed to book.
I hope this helps
